By accessing or using SellSafe's compliance platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

SellSafe provides an AI-powered compliance platform that helps businesses assess product compliance with EU, UK, and US regulations. Our Service includes product classification, regulation mapping, gap analysis, and document generation. The Service is provided "as is" and we make no guarantees about regulatory outcomes.

SellSafe provides compliance guidance and tools, but we are NOT a law firm and do NOT provide legal advice. Our analysis is informational only and should not be considered a substitute for professional legal counsel. You are solely responsible for ensuring your products meet all applicable regulations. We do not guarantee that using our Service will result in regulatory compliance.

Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.

You agree not to: (a) Use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent product information; (c) Attempt to reverse-engineer our AI models or algorithms; (d) Share your account credentials with unauthorized users; (e) Use automated systems to access the Service without permission; (f) Interfere with or disrupt the Service.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice before making material changes. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SellSafe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, data, or business opportunities; regulatory fines or penalties; product recalls or market withdrawals. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
